No, the Cisco 2612 modular router doesn’t come with WIC expansion cards installed. These should be chosen and purchased separately considering your specific needs.

Can I run ADSL 2/2+ or PPPoE on this router ? Or I need to buy extra WIC card ?

Iam wondering if I can use this router to dial using ADSL PPPoE ?

Do I need to buy extra WIC card for this router ? or it is already shipped with this card.

Please clarify, And also Iam staying in United Arab Emirates, Dubai. Will this be applicable for shipping ?

The 2612 router doesn’t have an ADSL2 WIC available. This situation has it’s roots in a WIC technology that can’t provide enough bandwidth to the chassis to support ADSL2.
There is a WIC-1ADSL for 2612 for ADSL (not ADSL2).
To use ADSL2 you will need a router that supports HWIC modules (like 2811) with a corresponding HWIC module HWIC-1ADSL or you can connect an external ADSL2 modem that is usually provided by the service provider to a router’s Ethernet port and configure the router to dial using this external device.
