how do i log on to the console of this router using http and also using cable

To log into the console of Cisco router or switch you will need a console cable
A terminal emulation software need to be used, on a Windows you can use Hyper Terminal that is usually built in.
To access the device on http try using the default IP 10.10.10.1 (don’t forget to configure your PC with an IP in the same subnet) and default username and password of “cisco”. If it doesn’t succeed you will need to connect with a console cable and check the configured IP address and password.
