The CP-7910 requires a Cisco Call Manager to function. If you plan to use SIP service providers you may want to take a look at CP-7905G or other phones that support SIP protocol.

If you mean the SIP service that is usually provided then no. You may want to look at the Cisco CP-7905G that does support SIP protocol.
