What type of license are you referencing?

I am trying to learn about which is the best ip phone system for me? I use an ip provider, ringcentral. So I have the ip carrier and have ran all cat 6 wire to required stations and use a 1 gig switch. What are you referencing when you mention a liscense? I also see some phones listed as spares?

I am looking for a 6 line phone system capability. I want the ability to be able to place a call on hold after answering at one station, place it on hold and be able to have any other station pick it up without a transfer needed.

Frank, I’m not sure where you are referencing the word “license” here. Perhaps you are referring to the firmware on the phone?
In which case, we typicaly pick up phones that have 1 or 2 firware versions installed by the previous owners. We cannot sell or upgrade firmware versions of licenses. However we inventory so many phones that we can usually supply you with what you are looking for. I suggest you speak directly with a UsedCisco.com sales rep for more advice on your specific configuration.

run sccp on asterisk

Hello,

I wish to use this phone with my iPBX (asterisk) I wish to use with sccp. I dont wish to to reflash the firmware to SIP.

I have already configured my pbx to use sscp.so all I need if the phone to do some tests.

Do you have any info on this? has any buyer ask you the same qustion before

I’m afraid not. This is an IP Phone and therefore runs over the internet. You would probably want to use Cat 5E cables.

Regular analog will not work.
